• The Multi Track Form Fill & Seal Machine is fully automatic and controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Control), which is compatible for packing various Liquids & Pastes (like Shampoo, Ketch-up, Oil, Cream etc.) Granules (like Tea, Pan Masala etc.) Powders (like Coffee, Milk Powder etc.) in Four side seal pouches made up of Heat Sealable Laminate.
• The production can be taken at maximum from Two to Four Tracks.
•  The machine has Film Unwinding Unit and Web Control System, which maintains the tension, constant feed and web alignment of the film.
•  This is an intermittent machine where the film is drawn by Rubber Rollers, governed by Electromagnetic Clutch & Brake systems.
•  The compatible filling system used for Liquid/ Paste is Spool Valve and Powder or Granules is Volumetric Cup filler.
• The machine is equipped with separate detachable electrical control panel. Sealing Jaws temperatures are controlled through PID (Proportional Integrative Derivative) Temperature Controller to maintain the precise temperature of the sealing jaws.
• Sealing Jaws (Vertical) are adjustable for different pouch width and photocell arrangement ensures accurate pouch length and is operated pneumatically.
• The machine is equipped with closed loop fault detection system for detecting the fault and hence, reduces the down time.
• The machine is capable for producing pouches in batches (max. upto 99) with optional attachment like embossing, notching and collating system.
• The basic machine construction is of High-class material of Mild Steel painted with epoxy paint after giving necessary treatment of the material.
• Sealing Jaws are made up of Stainless Steel / Special Grade of High Carbon Steel with Hardened and Ground for long lasting life.
• All pneumatics like solenoid valve, pneumatic cylinders, flow control valves etc. are made up of Internationally reputed make.
